At Little Liberty we believe in letting nature take centre stage, with no compromise and as little fuss as possible. Taking such an approach leaves no place for shortcuts, every ingredient has to count and we have spent countless hours sourcing and testing the best available. We have refined our balance of flavours and textures to deliver a plant based ice-cream of the highest calibre, one that stands shoulder to shoulder with any other on the market.

All Little Liberty frozen desserts are made with a base of organic cashew nuts, cacao butter and coconut cream. This delicious combination creates a luxuriously creamy foundation from which we lovingly create our ‘ice creams’. Organic products have been used where possible and each and every element carefully considered to deliver decadent sweet treats that are dairy, gluten and soy by design with absolutely no compromise on taste, texture or quality.

Our product is currently available in several locations around the North Island, New Zealand.
